Booking, Cancellation & Appointment Policy

A $30 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee will be applied toward your total purchase in-store.

Appointment Duration:

Appointments are scheduled for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please note that this is a general scheduling buffer and does not mean your session will last the full 1 hour and 30 minutes. Your session may be completed sooner depending on the services you request and/or purchase. Actual appointment times will vary based on the services selected.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible to let us know, as late arrivals may affect other scheduled bookings.

If you cancel your session, the $30 booking fee will not be refunded. All booking fees and deposits are non-refundable.
